Fitmoves has a variety of classes including Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, and Dance servicing the Spring Hill and Brooksville areas as well as the greater Hernando County.

We have awesome classes with certified instructors that challenge you for a full body workout experience. We infuse dance, music and fun into every class!

Fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Zumba is designed for everyone, every shape and age. Anyone can start a Zumba class and have fun. Zumba is a great way to have a good time, meet new friends and keep your body active. We hope you will enjoy classes and have a blast!

Founded in 2001, Zumba Fitness is a global lifestyle brand that fuses fitness, entertainment and culture into an exhilarating dance-fitness sensation! Zumba® exercise classes are " fitness-parties " that blend upbeat world rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography, for a total-body workout that feels like a celebration.

Fitness Yoga Total Body

Fitness meets Yoga. An eclectic approach to yoga utilizing a vinyasa flow for a calorie burning workout. Leading toward a more fit body and relaxed mind.

Stretch and Tone

Stretch and Tone is ideal for anyone looking to balance out their workouts with a low impact but challenging class. Each class has a series of lengthening movements followed by a strengthening exercise to promote long lean muscle. Participants will develop flexibility while toning and building up their muscle endurance.  Stretch and Tone will also teach proper form for stretching and strength exercises.


Ethnic Rhythms

Culturally diverse Rhythms inspired from Latin styles, African-Brazilian, and Hip-Hop. Footwork includes 32 counts combinations.

All Levels Dance

This All-Levels Dance class is an energetic, upbeat class that is sure to get your body moving. A great workout for all levels of fitness enthusiasts, this class combines cardiovascular training and toning exercises, for a superior total body workout.

What to Bring & What to Wear

Dance Sneakers or Jazz shoes. WATER!


Please no street sneakers in Dance area. Change shoes upon arrival to the studio.

No shoes for Yoga!

Yoga mats are available, although we do suggest you buy your own mat for Yoga.

    Hillary, RYT

    Group Fitness Coordinator


    Hillary has been teaching group fitness classes for over thirty years. She has a Bachelor Degree in Nursing with 30 post baccalaureate credits in the study of kinesiology. As a hobby she took dance classes for 10 years at some of New York's most prominent dance studios. She has been an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor since 1985 and is an RYT Certified Yoga instructor. She is currently working full-time as a registered nurse. Her philosophy and passion is to share in celebrating life with rhythm and movement.

    Stacey Garcia, MS, DPT has been teaching Group Exercise classes since 1987. She is certified by the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America as a Group Exercise Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Resistance Training Specialist. She is a Certified Les Mills BodyPump instructor and has Johnny G. Spin Certification, Resist-A-Ball Certification, and is a Licensed Zumba Instructor for not only Zumba classes, but all specialty programs as well, including Zumba Gold, Aqua Zumba, Zumbatomic, Zumba Sentao, and Zumba Toning.

    Stacey's love of fitness and exercise led her to pursue a career as a physical therapist. She first received her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ in 2000, and completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Temple University in 2009. She specializes in Sports and Orthopaedic injuries and rehabilitation.
